Rap Group, WMD, Goes Missing

wmd rap
CLEVELAND — The rap group WMD, or Weapons of Mass Destruction, has been reported missing by its manager and friend, Rufus Leaking.

"They were supposed to show up for a concert they were booked at in the Washington, DC area last week and I haven't heard from them since. They never showed up for the concert either and I'm beginning to suspect foul play," he said.

WMD, known for their hits 'Where the Hell Are We' and 'We Made it All Up' from their debut album 'Excuse for War,' were on the verge of national stardom, claimed Mr. Leaking.

"It's taken me years to find a group that was going to be this big of a hit and I am just sick at the authorities' seemingly inept ability to locate them," he said.

Mr. Leaking still intends to go ahead with release of their new album, 'Gross Exaggeration.'

"I just hope that the authorities continue their search and don't dismiss their disappearance as some sort of publicity stunt. I mean, what kind of person would lie about something as serious as this," he asked?
